The relaunched Citi app across markets, segments and devices

The 76% nobody had designed for

Citi · Experience Design Lead, later Head of Experience Design · 2015–2020

Hired to build microsites. Took the bank's main channels instead, and found that three quarters of its customers held nothing but a credit card — in an app that assumed the opposite.

The EQONEX trading screen

What unites traders is that they are all different

EQONEX · Head of User Experience and Design · 2021–2022

Research on professional traders found no two alike — and that they wanted density, not simplicity. So the screen became independent widgets on an intelligent grid, one market per widget.

Product work in brief

How I work

I partner with senior stakeholders on the real business problem, find the non-obvious answer, make it tangible fast — then build the lean team and system that scales it.

Most of what I have built was not handed to me as a brief. It was found in the data, prototyped before it was funded, and argued in the language of whoever controlled the budget.
